Yearly membership dues are $75.00 per each member.
I understand the requirements that are requested by my child to be a member in good standings. I also
understand the requirements that are required for my said child to participate in the Year End Finals.
Those requirements are as listed below and I have read and checked as acknowledgement of such
requirements.
Yearly membership dues are $75.00 per each prospective member. You may pay all dues in full at the
time of your application or if you choose, you may pay your dues in three equal payments of $25.00
each. You must make a payment of $25.00 at each of the first three rodeos. (Jan 5 & 19) with the final
dues being due in full by the third rodeo (Feb 2). If dues are not paid in 3 equal payments, all past
accumulated points will be dropped and you will not be allowed to reinstate said points. Points will start
accumulating again after all dues are paid. However, points will only be accumulated from the third
installment on. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you join on or after Feb 2, 2008, membership dues are due in full
($75). You will not be eligible for the payment plan after that date. PLEASE SEE RULE BOOK.
Each contestant is required to sell $100.00 worth of raffle tickets. This raffle is for a cash prize. There
will be 3 drawings from all the tickets sold. The amounts are $750, $500 & $250. The winning tickets
will be drawn for on Sunday,October 5, 2008 of the TJRA Finals. Each contestant is required to sell 100
tickets at $1.00 each. All tickets and money are due in to the secretary no later than May 10,
2008. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the contestant not being eligible to participate in the
Finals. Tickets will be given to each perspective member at the time of membership application.

Must compete in at least EIGHT (8) of the 2008 rodeos (events) and be in the top 15 in said event(s) in
order to qualify for the year end finals. PLEASE SEE RULE BOOK.
MINORS RELEASE
To: Texoma Junior Rodeo Association (TJRA)
We the undersigned parents of __________________________________, do fully agree and consent
to the participation of our child _______________________________ any and all junior rodeos
approved by the TJRA and in consideration for permitting our child,
_____________________________to participate as a contestant in such rodeos, we hereby consent
and fully acknowledge the following: “TJRA members acknowledge that rodeos are dangerous activities
and that participation in a rodeo as a competitor, an independent contractor, or volunteer, exposes the
participant to a substantial and serious risks or property damage, personal injury or death. TJRA
members acknowledge that participation in TJRA sanctioned rodeos will involve such a hazard. Being
fully aware that participation in TJRA rodeos will expose said member to substantial and serious risk of
property damage and/or personal injury or death, said member releases TJRA, sponsors and TJRA
sanctioned rodeo production entity, their affiliated, related or subsidiary companies, and the officers,
directors, employees and agents of each entity or organization from liability for any and all property
damage, personal injuries or other claims arising from participation in TJRA rodeos, including any time in
the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit, or other proceeding against
the before mentioned arising out of or related to the actions, causes of action, claims and demands
hereby waived released or discharged by TJRA member. This provision shall be binding upon each
TJRA member, his/her spouse, legal representative, heirs, successors and assigns” I also certify that
the age and date of birth of the above child is correct.
