Call in is the Monday BEFORE the rodeo from 6 to 9 PM ONLY. The call in

You have the opportunity to pre-enter for the entire year at the first rodeo (or any
time thereafter). You can fill out a pre-entry form and leave it with the secretary.
Just make sure you put ALL YEAR on the space where it asks which rodeo you
are entering. Also, if you are NOT going to be at a rodeo, you MUST call and
draw out of that rodeo. All late entries will result in a $25 late fee. There will
be NO exceptions to this rule.
